 All of our TeachingWise™ Learning Solutions are uniquely tailored to the needs of our clients. In some instances, childcare centers, schools or other organizations will approach us with specific concerns, such as curriculum alignment, data analysis or management. In those cases, we will meet with you and your faculty to understand your challenges and then help you develop an Immediate Action Plan. In other cases, the challenges facing a school may be more difficult to diagnose. In such situations, we’ll work together to conduct a thorough Needs Assessment and coordinate an Improvement Plan, complete with a detailed analysis, schedule of training, benchmarks for measuring students’ progress and a structure to ensure your teachers have the skills and continued support they’ll need.  Needs Assessment Our Needs Assessment process helps schools by providing a detailed, objective picture of how your school is performing. It's an in-depth, four-part process that includes meeting with school administrators and faculty, observing your school in action, reviewing academic data, and finally, identifying your strengths, challenges and opportunities for improvement. Data Tools Based on what we learn from the Needs Assessment, we work with school leaders to determine which data tools and resources would best suit your needs. We collaborate with school personnel to incorporate these elements into an action plan that will guide our work together as we seek to improve your students' achievement. Training Programs Every school has its own set of challenges. That's why we work in partnership with you to develop a customized strategy that is directly aligned with your standards, assessments and instructional programs. Our professional development is carefully tailored to meet the specific needs of teachers, trainers and principals at each school.
