Based on what we learn from
the Needs Assessment, we work with school
leaders to determine which data reports would
best suit your needs. We then work with you to
examine the data and identify key strengths and
weaknesses that need to be addressed at your
school.
We tailor the data we provide
based on the needs of each participating
school. Data options include:
- Basic Data
MCAS data reports that can be used by teachers
and administrators. Reports profile students'
performance by grade and subject. Also
included is a tip sheet showing how these
reports can be shared with school staff. Key
advantage: This level includes the past three
years of MCAS questions for all grades and
subjects, annotated with details about your
students' performance on each question.
- Premium Data
MCAS data including all Basic Data reports
(see above), plus additional customized
reports. More specific reports allow educators
to make even more decisions about how to
improve student achievement. Key
advantage: Premium Data includes reports that
profile MCAS performance at the grade,
subject, class, and individual student
levels. Additional reports for
administrators help to identify important
trends within each school.
Our Data Tools save
educators valuable time. We enter all necessary
information, create customized reports, and
deliver the data electronically and/or in
easy-to-use binders. This allows teachers to spend
their time turning data into action.
